Smart Adaptation
Brett wanted to include a few photographs for visitors to use as desktop wallpaper. The website detects whether the visitor is using a computer or a smartphone to view the site and automatically serves the appropriately-sized image.
The Brief
Brett John is a multi-disciplined photographer based out of Canberra, Australia. He was looking for a website to showcase his work, and specifically requested a lighter colour scheme evoking printed material. I designed the website and built it using HTML5 and CSS, as he opted not to use a content management system.
